Dow Chemical to Invest Billions in China

Bloomberg reports that Dow Chemical will invest billions of dollars in a coal chemical project in the northern Chinese province of Shaanxi, according to the National Business Daily. The project, which has a total investment of $10 billion, is being developed with Shenhua Group Corp. and the local government. The project may start production before 2020.
