Dean Foods CFO Jack Callahan Resigns

Dean Foods Co., the nation''s largest milk producer, said Chief Financial Officer Jack Callahan will resign to take a new job as CFO at another publicly traded company, according to the Associated Press. Callahan, 52, will be replaced by Shaun Mara, currently senior vice president and chief accounting officer. Callahan will stay on with the company until Nov. 30, and then Mara will succeed him as of Dec. 1. Callahan joined the company in May 2006 as CFO. He previously worked at PepsiCo Inc., and had been CFO of Frito Lay International. Mara joined the company in June. He most recently served as senior vice president of finance for Wm. Wrigley Jr. Company, a subsidiary of Mars Inc.
