Beringer and Edna Valley sponsor Meissner to Wine Institute membership

Beringer Vineyards, a unit of Beringer Blass Wine Estates, and Edna Valley Vineyard are jointly sponsoring Meissner Filtration Products, Inc. to Associate Membership in The Wine Institute. Meissner is a manufacturer of filters and related products for the California wine industry. Beringer Blass Wine Estates is a global premium wine company, which grows, produces and markets a broad range of premium wines from Australia, California, Europe and South America. In the United States, the company produces critically acclaimed wines at multiple California wineries including Beringer Vineyards, Chateau St. Jean, Chateau Souverain, Meridian Vineyards, Stags’ Leap Winery, Etude Wines and St. Clement Vineyards. Edna Valley Vineyard is a partnership between Paragon Vineyard Company, owned by the Niven family, and the Chalone Wine Group. Established in 1984, Meissner Filtration Products, Inc. is a California-based manufacturer of membrane filters and related products serving the wine industry. Meissner’s wine industry products include SteriLUX® PVDF and STyLUX® PES membrane filters for wine stabilization and sterile filtration, ALpHA®, DeltaMaxTM and DeltaDepthTM polypropylene filters for clarification and prefiltration, ProtecTM glass fiber/PVDF prefilters, UltraCap® high-capacity capsules for prefiltration and sterile filtration in small wineries without stainless housings, electropolished 316L stainless steel filter housings, and Accuflux® filter integrity test instruments.
