Until mid-2007, the market value of sulfur remained depressed for one of the longest periods ever at $100 a ton. This made the cost of recovery uneconomical and caused refineries to stockpile the sulfur. However, by the end of 2007 when the price increased five-fold to $500 a ton, recovery became profitable for petroleum refineries such as Kenai, on the North Slope of Alaska.

Spiroflow Systems Inc. recommended two Model C1-2 Bulk Bag Fillers that are specially designed for pallet loaded Bulk Bags/Flexible Intermediate Bulk Containers (FIBC’s).
