MCLEAN, Va. — The Food Processing Suppliers Association (FPSA) announced that it has now surpassed the milestone of 200,000 square feet for the 2011 PROCESS EXPO trade show, doubling the size of the 2010 show floor, according to a press release.
The show will be held Nov. 1-4 at McCormick Place (South Hall) in Chicago.
“This milestone really speaks to the commitment of suppliers to the food and beverage industry,” said Scott Scriven, chairman of the FPSA and president of Weber, Inc. “With 10 weeks left to go before this year''s PROCESS EXPO, we still have companies eager to sign up and be a part of this event. At the same time, we’re seeing an unprecedented amount of promotion both from show management and exhibitors and a strong response in our registration, especially for our educational sessions. We are confident that these factors coming together are helping to build the largest food and beverage focused event in the Western Hemisphere this year.”
