BLACKMAN TOWNSHIP, Mich. — A $25 million chemical plant being built in Blackman Township, Mich., is on track to open by early October, reported.

The 200,000-square-foot facility, owned by specialty chemical company Chemetall US Inc., will initially employ 75 people.
