All-welded gauge for hydrogen sulfide, sour gas, other corrosive applications

The XR-Series of process gauges from AMETEK U.S. Gauge combines the proven safety, durability and performance of high-quality SOLFRUNT® 1981 and 1986 process gauges with an AMETEK M&G diaphragm seal. The XR-Series features all-welded gauge-to-seal design and seamless Bourdon tubes that provide fewer leak paths than competitive models and superior burst or rupture pressure performance. Each is factory-filled and calibrated reducing installation time and cost. The XR Series features a solid front design that prevents internal components from becoming projectiles in event of a rupture and back plates that vent instead of blowing out.
