Automated bulk bag conditioner reduces lump sizes

After conditioning the bag the material will freely flow through the discharge spout. The ability to raise and lower the Hydraulic Deblocking Rams in conjunction with the turntables 360 degrees rotation results in every spot on the bulk bag being conditioned to maximize the lump size reduction. The low pressure hydraulic system provides a very smooth and controlled operation of the Deblocking Rams while an adjustable pressure switch provides greater control over their compression force. An A-B PLC and panel view control the automatic function of the machine.
