DENVER – The American Water Works Association (AWWA) announced today that the Call for Papers for the 2012 Water Quality Technology Conference (WQTC) will close on Feb. 10, 2012.
To be held
in Toronto, Ontario, Nov. 4-8, 2012, WQTC is AWWA''s second-largest conference,
attracting approximately 1,200 attendees each year. This well established and
highly regarded conference provides a practical forum for a wide range of
industry professionals to exchange the latest research and information.
Individuals interested in presenting must submit abstracts by 6:00 p.m. EST on
Feb. 10, for consideration.
The WQTC technical program will cover all aspects of water quality and
technology and will include a variety of topics such as: Biological
Treatment, Disinfection By-Products, Practices, System Issues, Water Treatment
in Developing Countries, Health Effects & Endocrine Disrupting
Compounds/Micro Constituents Issues, Ion Exchange, Taste and Odor Issues, and
many more.
