Bag discharger built to FDA standards

Non-free flowing material with high moisture contents are easily discharged from bulk bags and reliably conveyed as the process demands. This system automatically delivers the material on a consistent basis by the elimination of flow problems like bridging and rat holing above the bag’s discharge spout and inlet to the incline screw conveyor. The automatic process is accomplished through the integration of automatic controls, pneumatic massage paddles, bag spout interface, u-bottom agitator hopper and incline screw conveyor.
