New patent-pending system utilizes hydraulically actuated pivoting conditioning arms and a rotary lift table to safely and efficiently return solidified materials to a free-flowing state. System’s pivoting conditioning frames penetrate deeply into the material for more effective results than other designs while the lift table rotates and positions the bulk bag for complete material conditioning.
