Coil jacket for faster cooling

By using a coil jacket instead of a dimple jacket on the company''s Classic Cook/Cool Tank, the cooling time can be cut nearly in half. Its design provides longer service life while still providing the same geometry with a double-motion, counterrotating agitator. Cooking times are also reduced.
