Gas-heated, 750-degree F vertical conveyor oven is currently used for sintering Teflon tubes. Unit features 350,000 BTU/hour in the modulating gas burner, while a 2,000 cfm, 2 horsepower recirculating blower provides horizontal airflow to the workload. Twenty-nine trays rise vertically through load/unload zone, pass up through the oven heat and then down into the cooling zone below the oven. No. 917.
