Grinder cuts, tears flax seed into a very fine powder

Modern Process Equipment Corporation’s Model 88 WC Flax Seed Gran-U-Lizer™ (grinder) utilizes water-cooled rollers and a proprietary tooth profile to cut and tear flax seed into a very fine powder – much finer than conventional hammermills. This new design eliminates screens, thereby eliminating product stickiness and “gumming”. Typical capacities range from 2,000 – 4,000 lbs/hr., depending on the grind size setting. Larger and smaller versions are also available.
