The Pipeliner provides an effective solution to the disruptive, time-consuming problem of inconsistent particle size frequently associated with handling solids in wastewater treatment processes. This self-contained solids reduction unit minimizes clogging and shortens mixing and filtration cycles. The Pipeliner is a single shaft grinder with self-adjusting cutters. Additional product features include a spring-loaded cutter assembly, which maintains constant force against the shearplate, resulting in prolonged cutter life; rugged and long-lasting tungsten carbide cutters; quick, on-site cutter replacement without disconnecting the piping; single mechanical seal with silicon carbide faces; and 15mm standard shearplate hole, with optional hole sizes of 6, 8, 10 and 20mm available.
