New IFC (Interference Fit Construction) heated parts are designed to withstand high process temperatures such as applications that exceed the temperature capabilities of cast aluminum. Using IFC, the company can customize heated parts into a wide range of shapes and sizes to meet most customer specifications. All heated part joints can be welded to ensure a vacuum tight seal, which makes it ideal for applications requiring the highest vacuum process levels. IFC heated parts are available in a variety of materials, including stainless steel, nickel, Inconel, aluminum, copper and bronze.
