JWC Environmental and Franklin-Miller settled a law suit for patent infringement brough by JWCE. The suit accused certain versions of two Franklin-Miller products, the TASKMASTER 8500 and TASKMASTER TITAN, of infringing a JWCE patent dealing with side rail technology. Franklin-Miller has agreed to modify the side rails of its system to a configuration that JWCE agrees does not infringe the patent. JWCE has dropped its lawsuit. All other details of the settlement remain confidential.
