Material Master™ bulk bag discharger with delumper

Material Transfer and Storage’s bulk bag discharger system safely unloads dusty, lumpy powders in an explosive environment, motorized hoist system not shown. A Sure-Seal™ pneumatic spout clamp system ensures dust-tight operation, while a Flo-Master™ massaging system and material delumper ensure positive material flow. A Flo-Lock™ discharge gate halts product flow for partial bag discharging. System includes a PLC, loss-in-weight batching controls, and a dust collector. Type 304L stainless steel on all product contact surfaces ensures easy cleaning.
