Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy (TDLAS) moisture analyzer measures low moisture levels in gaseous HCl. It measures UHP levels of moisture in corrosive gas with a lowest detection level of 1.0 ppb and a 250 ppt sensitivity.
