Mechanically-actuated diaphragm metering pumps are able to handle viscosities in excess of 5,000 cps and can pump chemicals that off-gas (sodium hypochlorite) without binding. All models in the line are self-priming and provide suction lift to 20 feet. Maximum capacities range from 15 gph to 300 gph at 150 psi, depending on model. Pumps are ideal for use in municipal water and wastewater treatment, as well as a wide variety of general industrial applications. It is available in seven models, with one of two liquid-end diaphragm diameters and one of four gear speeds. Pump features 10:1 turndown by micrometer dial, and a variable speed option allows for greater turndown range and automated flow control. Series 7000.
