Metering system combines metering pump, polyethylene tank

Blue-White’s STAR III Metering System features the company’s FLEXFLO® A-100N Series peristaltic metering pump combined with a sturdy polyethylene tank. The FLEXFLO pump is equipped with Blue-White’s patented Tube Failure Detection System; output (feed) capacity to 124 GPD (326 ML/MN); three pump tube materials are available – Norprene, Tygothane or Viton; and they are compatible with Blue-White MICRO-FLO™ Flow Verification System. The FLEXFLO is available in several models including units with Time Interval Control; with Pulse Batching and Time Interval Control; with Percentage Speed Control; and with 4-20mA, 0-10Vdc and Pulse Input Speed Control. The STAR III tank is available in 7-, 15- or 30-gallon capacity. The Polyethylene Tank has UV inhibitors for sunlight protection; and extra heavy wall for stability. A convenient opening is located at the top of the tank for easy addition of chemical. Lid position can be open, closed or vented. The STAR III tank is a convenient rectangular shape, and is raised off the floor for easy wash down.
