Natural Form Flattener

Hollymatic has recently announced the development of a Natural Form Flattener to fit most Hollymatic forming and portioning machines as well as a select number of competitive machines. The Flattener functions as an attachment to the outfeed conveyor of the forming machine. The Hollymatic Natural Form Flattener features a simple design consisting of two adjustable opposing belts that gently compress the machine formed patties. The end result is a larger, enhanced homemade appearance. The Flattener also can be used as a standalone machine that can accept formed and portioned product directly from the outfeed conveyor of most machines.
