New high-viscosity disperser introduced

The new High Viscosity Disperser is designed to mix and blend high- viscosity non-flowing materials, typically too viscous for a conventional High Speed Disperser. Applications such as pigmented pastes, inks, epoxies, polyesters and colorants are ideal for this design. These models are available with a conventional “Bow Tie” as well as a “Four Blade - 45 degree Turbine”. Several sizes are available starting with a laboratory model to production sizes handling volumes up to 500 hundred gallons. All units include stainless steel type 304 wetted parts; explosion-proof, VFD capable motors; hydraulic lifts; mix can locking mechanisms; stainless steel shaft guards; and explosion-proof safety switches. Many optional features are also available including vacuum or atmospheric covers, mix cans with features including jackets for heating or cooling, discharge valves and caster wheels.
