MILWAUKIE, Ore. — Oregon OSHA has fined the company responsible for a toxic cloud that was released from a manufacturing plant in May, OregonLive.com reported.
The chemical cloud was released during a partial power outage at a manufacturing plant owned by Precision Castparts.
OSHA is investigating two safety violations that occurred during the response to the chemical release.
