KEMAMAN, Malaysia — Petronas Chemical Group is in the process of constructing two new plants in Malaysia at a cost of more than $21 billion, Bernama.com.
A $1.6 billion ammonia urea fertilizer plant is being built in Sabah, and a $20 billion RAPID (Refinery and Petrochemicals Integrated Development) plant is being constructed in Pengerang.
"With the company expanding, we hope PCG will post better profits next year compared to this year," said PCG President Dr. Abdul Hapiz Abdullah.
