KEMAMAN, Malaysia — Petronas Chemical Group is in the process of constructing two new plants in Malaysia at a cost of more than $21 billion, Bernama.com.

A $1.6 billion ammonia urea fertilizer plant is being built in Sabah, and a $20 billion RAPID (Refinery and Petrochemicals Integrated Development) plant is being constructed in Pengerang.
