Heinkel has developed a pharmaceutical-designed Horizontal Peeler centrifuge to meet the increasing demands and requirements of pharmaceutical production. This unit is equipped with an extra deep basket design which provides a larger filtration/separation area over conventional equipment. The unit’s other key design specifications include automated cleaning, heel discharge system, and separation between the process and technical areas of the machine. The unit is designed to provide the greatest flexibility such as frequent product change over, fast start-up, automated cleaning, simple quick inspection for post process & cleaning inspection.
