Ann Arbor plans $120 million wastewater plant renovation

ANN ARBOR, Mich. — The city of Ann Arbor, Mich., is planning a $120 million renovation of its wastewater treatment plant, reported.

The renovation, which includes replacing worn out and inefficient residual solids processing equipment and other upgrades, would be one of the largest capital improvement projects in the city’s history.

The plant serves about 130,000 people in the city of Ann Arbor and portions of Ann Arbor, Pittsfield and Scio townships.
