The patented bulkbag discharging system provides sealed discharge of fine, dusty powders via actuated spout clamping system which seals the bag discharge spout for dust-tight operation, while a bag massaging system and variable speed gravimetric feeder provide reliable metering of materials. An actuated discharge spout closure system halts material flow for partial bag discharging. System includes a custom operator access platform, and fully-integrated dust collection.
