Ideal for
single-use filling, the control system is designed to be integrated with new
and existing filling systems, providing line flexibility for fast and contamination
free changeovers. It is a fieldbus controlled multi-filling system, capable of
controlling from 1 to 16 of the manufacturer’s peristaltic dispensing
pumps in a local network. The very accurate and reliable peristaltic
technology provides accuracy of up to +/-0.5% down to the micro fill volumes. Available
field interfaces include DeviceNet and Profibus DPV1. Peristaltic dispensing is ideal for single-use filling not
only for small production runs but also for high speed filling lines. The
system’s short fill time makes it a serious alternative to other dispensing
technologies such as piston pumps.
