Durable submersible water pump for pumping stations
March 11, 2009
The submerged wastewater pump is flexible in a way that few pumps in its class can match. When sized correctly, it offers you a solution that is optimized to the actual conditions in your system. To indicate upcoming service needs, analogue sensors monitor trends in motor temperature, water-in-oil in the intermediate oil chamber and motor insulation resistance. An I/O 111 module equips the SL for any data communication task ahead. The motor and pump can be separated in one easy move by opening the stainless steel clamp. The primary and secondary shaft seals are combined into a single cartridge unit that is easy to remove and replace. Seemingly minor details make a big difference that compounds over the pump’s lifetime. The epoxy-filled, stainless steel cable plug provides a totally sealed cable entry, which eliminates the risk of water entering the motor through the cable.
