DURHAM, N.C. — On Tuesday, GlaxoSmithKline announced the 10 winners of its GlaxoSmithKline IMPACT Awards, according to a press release.
The GlaxoSmithKline IMPACT Awards (whose name represents Innovation, Management, Partnership, Achievement, Community focus and Targeting needs of diverse and underserved populations) honor nonprofit organizations that have a significant impact on their communities and are capable, proactive and effective in their work.
This year''s winners will receive their GlaxoSmithKline IMPACT Awards at separate ceremonies held at GlaxoSmithKline''s headquarters in Research Triangle Park, N.C., and in Philadelphia.
