High-Pressure, Air-Operated Valves

October 14, 2011

FloMaster air-operated shut off and needle valves from CPV Manufacturing, Inc. have achieved wide use in gas filling plants, the military and general industry due to their proven reliability, according to the manufacturer. The valve enables remote control of high capacity gases or liquids to 6000 psi/413 BAR with temperatures ranging from -20 F to 225 F. Plus, FloMaster valves can be made fully functional with actuation pressures under 100 psi/7 BAR. All FloMaster valves are designed with the rugged soft-seat that CPV pioneered. This soft seat design has proven its reliability giving users years of service and thousands of bubble tight shut offs. To assure accessibility, FloMaster valves offer flat faced union connections for “slip in-slip out” installation. Once installed, CPV’s exclusive O-Seal System makes sure the connections remain leak-proof. The FloMaster valve is cartridge designed so that inspection and repair at regular maintenance periods requires minimum downtime.
