High-temperature valve

March 18, 2003
The high-temperature valves are available in stainless and carbon steel, as well as optional alloy materials such as Hastelloy B & C, Monel, Alloy 20, and Titanium. The valves comes with Marwinite (carbon) seats which is a specific blend of carbon and nickel that may be used in a wide temperature range, but is specifically designed for higher temperatures beyond normal resilient seat materials. The material may be used in temperatures as high as 1,000 degrees F in most services, and works well in clean liquids with some lubricating properties. Free literature available on MS3K Series.
