Mag-drive pump alternative to costly Alloy C
July 8, 2004
Sealless mag-drive pump is an alternative to the high cost of Alloy C. Pump features gear & bearing combinations using metallic and non-metallic wear surfaces, slotted bearings to lubricate shaft and gear surfaces, hydraulic porting to balance axial thrust and to reduce wear, ample port sizing to reduce the likelihood of cavitation when inlet pressure is marginal, and effective housing seals with elastic memory prevent leakage of corrosives. Pump also offers nominal flow rates from 1.5 to 30 gpm. Ryton Mag-Drive Pumps.
