NACE-compliant stainless ball valve/actuator package saves time, work and cost

Save time, work and cost on stainless ball valve needs with TRIAC F91 valve/actuator packages offering patented, premium features at standard economies. Ideal for oil field, refinery, chemical processing, and other corrosive and caustic environments, the F91 stainless steel flanged ball valves feature rugged construction, solid unibody and patented pyramidal stem packing, while regular-port design minimizes cost and reduces operating torque. To save installation time and work, the F91 valves feature patented direct-mount actuator pad and can be ordered pre-assembled from A-T Controls with robust, weatherproof WE electric actuator. The ANSI-class 150 valves are available in sizes from 0.5" to 6.0". They comply with the NACE MRO175 standard for corrosion resistance, and are certified to API 607-4th edition. The investment-cast, one-piece body can be 316SS or WCB with a stainless steel ball and blowout proof stem as standard. A fully machined bore ensures smooth flow and clog resistance. A live-loaded pyramidal stem packing system features a patented 45-degree primary seal with Belleville washers and chevron packing, protecting against wear and stem leaks common with ordinary ball valves. A wide range of seat materials includes PTFE, RTFE, 50/50, 15 percent CFTE, PEEK and others, as well as several hard-face and metal-metal options. F91 valves come standard with an anti-static device and can be specified as traceable. Extensive stocking inventories permit quick configuration and delivery. A patented automation pad allows direct mounting of ISO5211-compliant actuators to eliminate the cost and fabrication of special couplings or brackets.
