New industrial automation facility for Yokogawa

Yokogawa Corporation of America is constructing a new facility in Sugar Land, Texas. The new state-of-the-art, 10,000 square-foot facility, which broke ground on January 28, will be home to the Industrial Automation business sector of Yokogawa. Several separate offices will be consolidated into the larger, more central Sugar Land property. In attendance at the groundbreaking ceremony were the mayor of Sugar Land - David Wallace, members of the city council, county commissioners, local attorneys and the building contractors. Construction is expected to be complete in 9 or 10 months.
