Pharmaceutical industry leaders to examine global supply network challenges, solutions at ISPE Conference

TAMPA, Fla. — ISPE will host an in-depth two-day conference that will bring together top industry leaders and regulators to examine global supply network challenges and solutions. The event, “Designing, Implementing and Maintaining Pharmaceutical Supply Networks,” will take place June 6-7, 2012 in Baltimore, Md.

The conference will kick off with an interactive plenary session, where high-level industry experts will present on top supply network concerns. Following the plenary session, delegates may choose education sessions from either of two different tracks:

• Track 1, Designing and Establishing Supply Networks, will discuss technology transfer, quality expectations and challenges, supplier integration and third-party assurance, and regulatory concerns.

• Track 2, Maintaining and Optimizing Supply Networks, will feature discussions on challenges and threats to supply networks, insuring reliable supplies, maintaining supply security, and global market case studies.
