Self-contained Bag Dump Stations are ideal for adding minor ingredients and have a built-in fan, pulsejet cleaning, and cartridge filters for thorough and efficient dust removal. Bin Vents filter out the product dust and debris captured in conveying air as it is vented from storage bins or silos. They utilize pulse jet action to keep pneumatic systems running clean and in compliance with local air quality standards. Receivers are designed for installation at the end-point of pneumatic conveying where they collect conveyed materials and airborne particles and direct them through an airlock to their final destination or into mechanical handling systems. Receivers are available in AVR Side Bag Removal or ART Top Bag Removal models. Each are robustly built for high pressure/vacuum operation and feature tangential inlets, compressed-air pulse jet cleaning of filter media, and hopper sections that can be customized to handle specific bulk materials.
