When used in pairs the valves, fitted with a safety
vented spool, form an airlock for the safe loading of components into dangerous
processes. They are often used in toxic or hazardous environments. Not only do
they constantly control the flow of product, they insure it stays within the
system and that it does not leak into the atmosphere. The valves also perform
