NIOTA, Tenn. — Donald Jack Clark, a sewage treatment plant operator in Niota, Tenn., has been sentenced to six months in prison and another six months of home confinement with an electronic monitoring device for failing to perform his duties correctly and lying to state inspectors about it, The Chattanoogan reported.
