The Water Environment
Federation’s 85th Annual Technical Exhibition and Conference takes place this
year September 29 through October 3 at the New Orleans Morial Convention
Center.
If it’s about water, it
will be at WEFTEC. As the largest annual water quality conference and
exhibition in the world, WEFTEC offers educational, business, and networking
opportunities. This year’s world-class technical program will feature 130
technical sessions, 24 workshops, and six local facility tours.
The exhibition space will
include more than 900 exhibiting companies and their technical experts showing
the latest developments, research, solutions, and cutting-edge technologies in
the field. Other conference highlights will include the Opening General Session
and special preview of the exhibition floor on opening day, Monday, October 1;
the annual community outreach project, poster sessions, the design competition,
the 25th annual Operations Challenge competition, and more.
Founded in 1928, the Water
Environment Federation (WEF) is a not-for-profit technical and educational
organization of 36,000 individual members and 75 affiliated Member Associations
representing water quality professionals around the world.
