Sanitary Thermowell/Removable Sensor for CIP Systems

The PRS-TW-M12 Series can be used in clean-in-place systems, allowing the sensor to be removed for calibration or service without disturbing your system. The sensor includes a 4-wire, Class-A, PT100 RTD with an M12 connector plug. The thermowell is 3-A approved with wetted surfaces made from 316L stainless steel, and a surface finish is 32 micro-inches or better. Temperature range of the sensor is -50 to 200 degrees C and is compatible with two-, three- or four-wire RTD instruments. The unit is ideal for food and dairy processing where clean-in-place or sanitary processing is required. The unit is also ideal for pharmaceutical manufacturing.
