HOMS, Syria — An oil pipeline in Homs, Syria, was bombed Wednesday, sending a plume of black smoke from the Syrian city, but it remains unclear who was behind the attack, CNN reported.
Opposition activists claim government warplanes bombed the pipeline, but Syrian state-run media blamed the explosion on terrorists.
Separate explosions in the nearby Idlib province killed three and another person was killed in Aleppo.
