L. B. Bohle has introduced a fluid bed system, which employs a unique tangential design and an innovative filter system to dry, coat and granulate a wide variety of materials. The units angled spray and circular air flow provides maximum coating uniformity and process flexibility. Operators are provided critical control of all process parameters. Capacities range from 5 to 480 kgs and a patent-pending filter system prevents clogging. PAT moisture detection via NIR technology and WIP or CIP cleaning are options.
