SAN ANTONIO — Vandals are believed to be behind a sewage spill that sent more than 84,000 gallons of wastewater into a part of San Antonio’s north side, KBTX.com reported.
Local work crews who were called to the scene Thursday night found that someone had wedged a board into a manhole, leading to a blockage that pushed sewer water into a green belt.
Officials expect no lasting harm from the spill, the article stated.
