Versatile RF capacitance level switch

Robertshaw Industrial Products recently released the Model 5318B, which is a microprocessor based level instrument with push button calibration and a digital display for aiding calibration. Features include point level operation, (fixed differential); calibration may be accomplished without raising or lowering the process; adjustable differential mode for pump on/pump off type of operation; probe mounted with a DPDT relay; AC or DC operation; NEMA 4 explosion-proof enclosure, and certified for use in the U.S. and Canada. Used with one of many Robertshaw sensing probes, the 5318B is capable of detecting a variety of products including liquids, powders, granular, lump, and flake materials. The products can be conductive or non-conductive.
