Large 52 cubic-foot Vertical Filtering Batch Centrifuge from The Western States Machine Company efficiently separates solids and liquids with up to 1,000 gravities of force generated by high-speed rotation. Batch integrity and repeatable results are assured through fast loading, efficient washing and complete cake discharge. All functions are controlled and monitored by an on-board PLC. Loading rate and level are monitored by a Patented Ultrasonic Level Probe, which provides on-the-fly cake depth measurement. Contact surfaces are stainless steel, Hastelloy, Inconel or other alloys. Available with polished surfaces, CIP design, inert atmospheres, oxygen monitoring and on-board cameras.
