ALBERTA, Canada — The Canadian Food Inspection Agency today added dozens more products to a recall from the XL Foods processing plant in Alberta, CBC News reported.
The more than 1,500 beef products are being recalled due to possible E. coli contamination.

There have been four confirmed cases of E. coli illnesses associated with consumption of beef products produced at the plant.
