The Electrical Apparatus Service Association (EASA) will hold its Annual Convention and Solutions Expo on June 23-26, 2024, at the Caesars Forum and Harrah’s in Las Vegas. The 2024 Convention theme is “World of Opportunity.”

EASA’s 2024 Convention education line-up features a wide-ranging program designed to address all areas of the electromechanical sales and repair business. This year’s featured keynote speaker, Sebastian Terry, will kick off the convention by bringing his message “World of Opportunity: Unlocking Passion, Performance and Transformation” inspiring attendees to create a ripple effect of change that will shift mindset, inspire action and transform their workplace. More than 30 educational sessions are available throughout the convention, including:

Retaining and Developing Great Employees — learn more about recruiting, engaging and retaining employees in today’s environment from a speaker who has 20 years of experience as a former military officer, human resource manager, career services manager and job search advisor.

Global Trends in Electric Motor Regulations — recent trends in electric motor regulations, including IEC and NEMA, outlining where we are harmonized or heading in a similar direction – or differences.

June 24-26 features the Solutions Expo where the industry’s leading manufacturers and service providers showcase the latest developments in electric motors, drives and controls, generators and other equipment and services for the electromechanical industry.

“Attendance at the EASA 2024 Convention is open to all, both members and non-members,” said Linda Raynes, CAE, EASA president and CEO. “The technical program is a unique opportunity for plant engineering and maintenance personnel to learn about the latest practices to improve their operations and reduce downtime.”
