The VAC-U-MAX Aero-Flex Flexible Screw Conveyor is designed to complement the company's extensive range of pneumatic and mechanical conveyors. The Aero-Flex units provide an economic method of metering product from Bulk Bag Unloaders, Bag Dump Stations and Storage Vessels. Available in a range of popular sizes the Aero-Flex Conveyors typically transfer product over distances of up to 40’ and rates to 10 tons per hour for materials having a bulk density of 40 pounds per cubic foot. Typical applications include the refilling of packaging machine hoppers, metered feed into mix tanks such as lime addition and gain in weight hopper filling.
The clearance-seated butterfly valves are primarily intended for use in handling dry plastic pellets. The valve is available in ANSI Class 150 lugged body, sizes 4- to 12-inch.
